Best Halloween Costume Ideas For 2022

Jessica Hamilton October 13, 2022

The year 2022 has been a year full of new stars, films and memes. And that is perfect for anyone struggling for a Halloween costume. But if you still haven’t decided what to go as, here are some costume ideas to get you started.

Julia Fox

Julia Fox has risen to new heights in 2022. It’s only fair to give her some credit on Halloween. Better yet, you won’t need to buy an outfit. Just cut up an old pair of jeans to make them extra low cut and use the spare piece of fabric as a tank top. All you’ll need is some eyeliner to complete the look.

Cassie from Euphoria

It’s hard to believe Euphoria season 2 only came out earlier this year. The show gathered a lot of attention, with one character in particular sparking debate. Cassie was undoubtedly the main character this season and, luckily, she had some costume-like outfits to copy. Start gathering your Oklahoma inspired outfits soon.

Wednesday Adams

Fitting into the spirit of Halloween, why not go as Wednesday Adams? Whether you’re inspired by Christina Ricci or Jenna Ortega; she’s a classic Halloween character and her outfit can be put together easily.

Patrick Bateman

Patrick Bateman, the main character from American Psycho (2000), has regained popularity this year through TikTok. It’s a tried and tested Halloween costume. But be sure not to take a real axe on your night out.

Max from Stranger Things

Max is one of the main characters on the newest season of Stranger Things. Fans loved her walkman headset and Kate Bush anthem. All you’ll need for this outfit is some headphones, an 80’s inspired getup, and maybe a skateboard.

Florence Pugh in Don’t Worry Darling

Why not get a bottle of wine and your finest 1950s housewife attire to go as Florence Pugh’s character, Alice, from Don’t Worry Darling. The film gained much attention this year at the Venice Film Festival, so people are bound to know who you are.

The Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus

Nothing says Halloween like watching Hocus Pocus. And 2022 has treated us to a sequel! The outfits are simple and can be bought online. Just find two of your closest friends to dress up and your costume is complete.
