Finding somewhere that has the right vibe for your night out, that also fits your bank allowance, can be a hard find.
And when you’re away from home or out at university, you don’t really have the time or money to be sampling different bars and clubs in the hopes of finding ’the place’.
So, if you’re around the Bristol area, look no further.
The Anchor
The Anchor is a student favourite in Bristol. It offers all kinds of drinks from classic beers to classy cocktails, even some nicely priced wine, if that’s what you’re into.
It also has a chic outdoor section to watch live sports or just chill with your mates.
The Anchor is located: 323 Gloucester Road, Horfield, BS7 8PE
Mr Wolfs
Mr Wolfs is perfect for those students who want to listen to some good live music and dance the night away.
They also have open mic nights, so you can even take the stage yourself and show everyone your hidden vocal talents (or lack thereof).
If you just want a good vibe, some great music and affordable drinks, this is the place for you.
Mr Wolfs is located: 32 St Nicholas Street, BS1 1TG
Pryzm
Pryzm is chain club located all over the UK, so it is no surprise that there is one in the centre of Bristol.
This club has over seven different rooms all with different music and vibes. There are five separate bars as well, so getting a drink shouldn’t be an issue.
This is the place for you if you want to really let your hair down and live your university life to the fullest.
Pryzm is located: The South Building, Avon and Somerset, BS1 5UH
The Apple
This boat-inspired bar is the perfect place if you love cider.
It has over 40 different ciders and even better, they are affordably priced, specifically for students.
As well as ciders, they also sell a range of apple-based wines and cocktails.
The Apple was rated as one of the ‘Top 10 places to eat as a Bristol student’.
