The Flash star Ezra Miller confirmed they are getting mental health help and issued an apology for their ‘past behaviour’.
Miller, who identifies as non-binary and uses the pronouns they/them, issued a statement during which they apologised for their recent actions, leading to a series of legal issues.

In recent months the actor has been involved with a series of legal issues, including being arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment, in Honolulu, in March this year.
Miller was arrested for the second time in Hawaii, for second-degree assault after an incident in Pāhoa, in April. During the course of their investigation, police determined that the individual, later identified as Miller (they/them), became irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old woman on the forehead, resulting in an approximate half-inch cut, for which she refused treatment for her injury.
Most recently, Miller was charged with felony burglary in Vermont, after state police investigated an incident involving several bottles of alcohol being taken from a residence while the homeowners weren’t there.

In a statement issued to Variety by a representative of Miller, the 29-year-old said they’d been going through a ‘time of intense crisis’ but has started mental health treatment.
Miller said: ‘Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment.
‘I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behaviour. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.’

The American actor and singer rose to fame for their role as DC Comic book superhero The Flash aka Barry Allen in the Justice League alongside Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ben Afleck, and Jason Momoa, in 2017.
But before this Miller made their debut in Antonio Campos’ 2008 drama film Afterschool and proceeded to appear in the award-winning black comedy drama film Another Happy Day. Miller then appeared alongside Emma Watson in the movie, The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
