If there is one group of fans that are the most dedicated to the cause, it has to be fans of 28-year old pop superstar Harry Styles. From amazing fan projects, to lighting up an arena wearing colourful boas for Love On Tour, there’s no stopping them.
So when Harry dropped a new music video for his latest single Late Night Talking, out of the blue, it’s no surprise that Twitter went crazy.

Who wouldn’t love seeing Harry Styles being pushed around London’s roads in a giant bed?
The music video is really fun and it’s easy to see why it’s already a fan favourite. It features Harry in a variety of different beds, with different people, wearing polka dot pyjamas. We even get a glimpse of him being the little spoon. I don’t think he stops smiling once through the whole three minutes.
One person in the YouTube comments section, said: “I love the way that Harry puts a lot of women in his videos but it’s never something sexual, it’s always sweet and genuine.”
I think this sums it up nicely – no matter what gender, everyone who’s been in a Harry video looks like they’re having the time of their life! I’m definitely jealous, it seems like so much fun.
Fan theories
As always, the music video sparked a lot of fan theories, especially regarding Harry’s sexuality. Although, this is something he’s said he doesn’t want to label in the past, so it’s not something to dwell on and trying to label it wouldn’t be right.
Among all of the women in the video, it also featured a man that Harry was on a date with. It’s caused a lot of talk of whether this was him hinting at coming out or not.
There are also fan theories about how he presents his life in the limelight. There are a few scenes where people appear to be watching him eg. on a theatre stage. Fans think Harry’s referencing how his love life is always on display to the public and he doesn’t have much privacy.
A work of art
The music video is a work of art – literally. It features Tracy Emin’s famous installation ‘my bed’. It didn’t take fans long to pick up on this easter egg. Does this mean he feels like his life is on show like an art installation? Who knows.
The video has already surpassed the amount of first day streams Adore You had, and is his sixth biggest debut already. It could even become his most watched video yet.
