Kim Kardashian ‘pulled a Molly-Mae’ according to fans who aren’t happy with her advice for women in business concerning their work ethic.

In a recent interview with Variety – where the publication sat down with Kris Jenner and her three oldest daughters, Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe – Kim explained her advice for women working in the business industry and it struck a nerve.

What Was Kim’s Advice?

In her advice she said: ‘Get your f***ing a** up and work,’ adding, ‘It seems like nobody wants to work these days.’

However, people have not taken this ‘advice’ well as the socialite has now been branded ‘tone deaf’.

She continued to say: ‘You have to surround yourself with people who want to work, have a good work environment where people love what they do. You have one life, no toxic work environment and show up and do the work.’

Her comments have been compared to that of Molly-Mae Hauge’s when just a few weeks ago the 22-year-old enraged the whole internet by making comments saying we ‘all have the same 24 hours in a day’ – now people are saying Kim ‘pulled a Molly-Mae’.

What Did Molly-Mae Say?

During an interview with Steven Bartlett the former Love Island contestant said: ‘You have one life, it’s up to you what you do with it…I’ve worked my absolute arse off to get where I am today.’

And when she talked about criticism she received for this she added: ‘Technically, that is correct, we do have the same 24 hours in a day.

‘We do all come back from different backgrounds and financial situations, but if you want something enough, you can achieve it.’

The influencer received equally massive amounts of backlash as the 41-year-old Kardashian did as people labelled her ‘tone deaf’ and ‘privileged’.

Jameela Jamil weighed in on the conversation saying ‘nobody needs to hear’ Kim’s thoughts on the matter of work ethic and success.
