Netflix's 365 Sequel Trailer Answers Questions From Cliff-Hanger End

Netflix has dropped the trailer for the steamy 365 sequel, 365: This Day, and it gives fans answers to all the questions left from the original film’s cliff-hanger end – i.e did Laura die?

Two years after the first film rocked audiences Netflix announced yesterday, Thursday April 7, a sexy sequel would be hitting the streaming site on April 27.

What is 365?

The film started life out as series of erotic novels by the Polish author Blanka Lipińska – who not only co-wrote the screenplays for both films but also had a cheeky cameo in each.

The books, and films, follow the love story of The life of Laura, a simple sales director, who’s life changes when she takes a trip to Sicily and gets kidnapped by Massimo, a Sicilian mafia boss. Massimo keeps her hostage for 365 days to make her fall for him – so it’s safe to say the two have a pretty complicated relationship.

Did Laura Die in 365?

At the end of the first film Laura is planning her and Massimo’s wedding and driving along a road. She enters a tunnel and suddenly, boom, a bomb goes off and viewers were left for two years wondering what her fate would be.

The trailer pretty much gives the game away as she is seen alive and well getting married to Massimo surrounded by their nearest and dearest. The trailer also shows their relationship seemingly takes a dark turn as Massimo seems to get overprotective of Laura and struggles with his responsibilities to his family and his business. Also it shows along comes a new guy who seems to capture Laura’s attention. Probably not that guy’s finest move knowing Massimo.

Blanka Lipińska, said fans can expect to see a new side of Laura in the sequel, when speaking to Netflix. She said: ‘This instalment goes much deeper and tells us more about the relationship between the lovers. She’s stronger in this sequel’

365: This Day will be streaming on Netflix from April 27.
