Cloe Couture was best known on Yout=Tube for her 24-hour challenges and ‘If I Lived…’ videos which saw her do crazy things like pretending to live in a mall and wearing ONLY glitter for a day. That was until she uploaded her last video, two years ago.

In the video titled, ‘Goodbye YouTube, and Thank You’, Cloe Feldman addressed her six million fans, explaining her decision to leave the platform due to the toll uploading weekly videos was taking on her mental health and it being an obstacle in her pursue of a musical career. However, two years later, a now 24-year-old Cloe has uploaded a new video to her channel in a new rebrand for herself.

Comeback

The YouTuber had subtly hinted of a comeback six months ago, commenting under her last video in a surprise to many of her fans – this being a message that only the most dedicated of fans would have seen.

‘I hope you guys know that as much as all of you come back and watch this video, I come back and read your comments. I miss you all dearly and am sending you so much love. I don’t want to give anything away … but I want to let you guys know that you will be seeing me again soon I can’t say for sure when that will be, and it won’t be the same as before, but this isn’t the last video on this channel. I love you <3 see you soon’

Staying true to her word, the channel Cloe Couture (now simply Cloe) is once again active. It’s something that nobody would have expected two years ago. However, it is clear that Cloe won’t be making the same type of challenge videos as she once did and instead is setting out on a completely different path. Music.

New direction

A soon as the star reintroduces herself to her fans, new and old, in an appropriately titled video called ‘It’s been a while since you last saw me…’ it becomes very clear that the Cloe we all knew has grown up. There’s no fairy-tale princess castles in sight but in its place is a very honest setting in Bali that perfectly encapsulates this new chapter and adventure in her life. Cloe herself notes that she now has ‘the story of her life that she’s ready to share’ as opposed to the ‘fake stories’ that she built a career upon growing up.

During the past two years Cloe has taken time to really focus on her passion for creating music, spending hour after hour developing her vocal ability and putting her heart and soul into her piano skills, in a very raw process that she shares with her viewers. She even fell in love (and fell out of it) during this time, conveying real emotions through her songs which will eventually compile into an album.

Speaking of the future album, Cloe stated that ‘It’s definitely going to be the most me that I’ve ever given to the world.’

Cloe’s first time sharing her music to the world will be on July 21 as she releases her first single, “Apollo.” However, if fans wish to hear more from Cloe and see more of her new life in Bali (we’re well jel) then Part 2 of her new video will be uploaded to YouTube next week! This is certain to be a very exciting rebrand for both Cloe and all of her supporters. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for her.
