Heading out in Sheffield this Halloween? There are tons of nights across the city in the lead up to spooky season. Here is our definitive guide to some of Sheffield’s best Halloween nights.
The Leadmill
Student favourite, The Leadmill, is putting a spooky twist on five of their club nights in the run up to Halloween. The first is the Wrong Crowd Halloween Special. Expect rock and alternative tunes as well as cash prizes for the best costume. The second is Club Tropicana, Leadmill’s sell out 80s night, on the 27th.
For Halloween they’re adding a Stranger Things theme, including Hopper’s Tiki Bar and Scoops Ahoy Ice Cream Parlour. For the Halloween weekend, Leadmill Fridays and Sonic Saturdays will also take a spooky twist. The latest Leadmill night, Bad Habits, will be hosting a Halloween special on the 31st.
Corporation
From the 28th-31st October, Corp’s weekly club nights are taking a spooky turn. Drop on the 28th, Dirty Deeds on the 29th and Monday Corp on the 31st are set to be the best Halloween nights out for rock and alternative music.
Foundry
Foundry, in The University of Sheffield’s SU, is hosting the Halloween Freaks Festival 2022. Tickets are on sale from the 7th and details are yet to be announced, but it is set to be a huge event. So far, the Foundry Instagram have announced that ‘Witches Coven’ will be taking over the venue on October 30th and 31st, but the rest of the details are still be announced.
Code
This Halloween, Code are hosting ‘Nightmare on Eyre Street’. Code is set to decorate both floors of their venue in head to toe spooky décor, and host 2000 students. Room 1 will be Wicked R&B and Hip-Hop, whilst Room 2 plays Spooky Student Anthems.
