  • 25ml vanilla syrup
  • Peeps marshmallows for garnish

For a candy-sweet option, look no further than the Peeptini. Mix vodka, cream and syrup in a shaker. Shake with ice until blended, then strain into martini glasses. Add the Peeps to the rim of the glass to complete the drink.

Bee’s Knees

  • curled lemon peel for garnish

This Prohibition-era cocktail is sure to make a splash. It’s springy, light, and most importantly, delicious. Mix your gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker. Strain, then garnish with your strip of lemon zest.

Mint Tulip

  • 25ml elderflower liqueur
  • 25ml sloe gin
  • 50ml cranberry juice
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • mint leaves for garnish

A play on the classic Mint Julep, the Mint Tulip is a pinker, fruity and floral version. Pour the liqueur, gin, cranberry and lemon juice into your shaker. Then, shake well, and pour into glasses of your choice. Add the mint leaves for garnish (and added flavour).

  • 25ml coffee liqueur
  • 25ml Baileys
  • 25 ml vodka
  • 50ml heavy cream
  • Chocolate bar

Whether you prefer eggs or rabbit candy, another classic Easter flavour is the taste of chocolate. And the perfect way to capture this in drink form is the mudslide. Combine coffee liqueur, Baileys, vodka and cream in a mixer and shake until blended. Strain into cocktail glasses, and then use a cheese grater over the top with the chocolate bar to create a sprinkle of chocolate shavings for garnish.
