A new trailer for The Bob’s Burgers Movie has dropped, and it gives a better look into the madness that will unfold on the big screen.
What do we know so far?
Everybody’s favourite animated series has been adapted for the big screen, and the trailer shows Bob (voiced by H. Jon Benjamin) stressing over the future of Bob’s Burgers.
His financial worries come to an abrupt pause when an explosion of water shoots up in front of the restaurant, causing a sinkhole and ruining Bob’s plans for a successful summer.
The movie looks to deal with the challenges that Bob and Linda (voiced by John Roberts) face at the restaurant.
Meanwhile the Belcher children embark on their own adventures that they believe could save it, causing mayhem wherever they go.
The trailer shows Gene (voiced by Eugene Mirman), Tina (voiced by Dan Mintz), and Louise (voiced by Kristen Schaal) going to explore the sinkhole. We get to see their crazy adventures further on including Louise and her famous nightlight Kuchi Kopi, Tina riding horses with Jimmy Pesto Jr., the kids in a band and…robots?
Linda gets her own burger costume, restaurant regular Teddy (voiced by Larry Murphy) makes an appearance and the trailer concludes with Bob talking to a burger, a gag which runs throughout the show.
How will it differ to the series?
Like the series, the movie promises to include many catchy musical numbers which is one of Bob’s Burgers‘ stand out qualities. The movie is set to be a comedy, adventure and musical.
The style of animation is different to the series, with more shadowing, higher quality imaging, and brighter colours, which makes The Bob’s Burgers Movie one you’ll want to watch.
When is the movie coming out?
The movie is out in cinemas Friday, 27 May.
