- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz grenadine
- 1 egg white
- maraschino cherry
This cocktail is a little unusual, but it’s delicious and completely worth making. Plus, its signature soft pink colour makes it perfect for Valentine’s day. Mix the gin, applejack, lemon juice, grenadine and egg white in a shaker with some ice. Then, pour it out into your glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
