We all wait for the McDonald’s Monopoly game each year. Not only is it a great excuse to sneak in a Maccy’s a little more often, but you get a chance to get a free McFlurry. Let’s be honest, we all get excited over that rather than the small chance of winning a car.
Well, for 2023 there’s another chance to win and the fast-food chain brings McDonald’s Winning Sips to the UK.
What Is McDonald’s Winning Sips?
Similar to the Monopoly competition, McDonald’s Winning Sips is a chance to win prizes when you purchase drinks.
So, instead of applying to most of the menu, the game pieces will only be on participating drink products. They are:
- Coca-Cola Zero Sugar
- Diet Coke
- Sprite Zero
- Coca-Cola Classic
- Fanta Orange
- Oasis
- Chocolate Milkshake
- Strawberry Milkshake
- Banana Milkshake
- Vanilla Milkshake
In Scotland, it will also apply to Irn Bru. Customers will need to purchase either a medium or large drink to get the pieces and they cannot be guaranteed if you use McDelivery.
The promotion is set to begin at 5 am on March 29 and continue until 11:59 pm April 25. However, this is subject to availability.
McDonald’s Coca-Cola Glasses Are Back For 2023!
One of the prizes that can be won in McDonald’s Winning Sips are some Coke glasses. They’ve had a little revamp since they were last around, but we definitely still want to get out hands on them.
There are 25,000 of these to be won, so you best get sippin’ to get your hands on the iconic collection! Reaction to the news has been hugely positive, so we imagine McDonald’s is going to be a little busy over the next month.
Of course, these aren’t the only prizes that can be won. Customers can win instant food and drink prizes, including some sweet treats and breakfast items. There is other McDonald’s merchandise up for grabs too, including socks, a bucket hat and a towel. There are also lots of money prizes too, but who really cares about that. Game pieces can be redeemed on the app to get the above prizes, however customers are limited to redeeming 8 per day per customer.
