ITV recently announced the revival of Big Brother, which will air in 2023. After ending in 2018, after 18 years and 24 series, the show’s return is much anticipated.
The reality show has countless iconic moments, namely Nicki Graham’s “Who is she” quote and the entire “David’s Dead” debacle. With so many standout scenes, viewers are worried the show may not live up to its own standards. To ensure chaos and drama, here is my perfect celebrity casting (ITV, please credit me if any are chosen).
Tiffany Pollard
Tiffany Pollard won fourth place in the 17th Season of Big Brother, and rightfully so. It makes sense she should return, to put any newcomers in their place.
Maura Higgins
Former Love Island bombshell and current TV personality, the nation is in desperate need of her reality TV return. She’s unapologetically herself and not afraid to voice her opinion.
Nadine Coyle
The Irish singer Nadine Coyle was part of the very famous girl group Girls Aloud. Nadine is loved for her pronunciation of the word flour and famously pretended to lose her passport to be in a talent show.
Jessika Power
Jessika Power appeared on Season 6 of Married At First Australia and gave us the biggest twist of the show to date. She definitely won’t be tired of Big Brother’s games.
Bear Grylls
Thrill seeker Bear Grylls is always out in the wild. I’d love to see how he’d manage in captivity.
Trisha Paytas
A week never passes by without Trisha Paytas doing something controversial. She’d be sure to stir up drama.
Scarlett Moffat
Scarlett Moffat, Queen of Gogglebox and the Jungle, would do well in Big Brother. She’d be a calming presence in the house when everything is in flames.
J.K Rowling
The longer we keep J.K Rowling in the Big Brother House, the longer she stays off Twitter.
Ekin-Su and Davide
This year’s Love Island winners deserve more screen time. Ekin-Su would thrive in the Big Brother house.
Boris Johnson
Surely Boris Johnson will need something to do following his recent resignation as Prime Minister.
Rylan Clark
The winner of Celebrity Big Brother 11 has expressed an interest in hosting the newest season of Big Brother but he’s always welcome if he changes his mind. After all, he’s proven to be a good contestant.
