Why You Should Au Pair After Uni

Add as preferred source on Google

So you’ve graduated uni and don’t know what to do with the rest of your life. You’re glad to be done with education but aren’t quite ready to settle into the corporate world. If you fancy something different and want an adventure, why not try Au Pairing.

What is Au Pairing

Being an Au Pair is a multi-beneficial job. You’ll live with a host family in a country of your choice and help them with daily tasks. That may include taking the children to school, babysitting and teaching them English. In exchange the family will offer you the chance to live in another country for free. On top of that, you’ll get a weekly allowance and most of your meals cooked.

Why should I Au Pair?

Living in another country gives you more than an interesting story to tell. You’ll immerse yourself in their culture and have the opportunity to learn another language. You can take classes while you’re there or get involved in free language exchanges. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel around the country as well as exploring the city you live in. You can create bonds for life with the people you meet and your host family.
