Pictionary

Pictionary might not be the obvious choice when it comes to board game night with your family. But it is a great way to compete between the members of your family.

Get into teams and start drawing and guess. Pictionary will test your drawing skills and guessing skills. You have to draw places, people, animals, objects and your team must guess what you’re drawing.

Easier said than done: when you’re trying to draw a cookie, the easiest thing to draw and no one really knows what you’re on about. The worse you’re drawing skills are, the more fun it is.

Cluedo

Are you ready to become a detective? Find out who committed a murder in the mansion. Pick your character, Miss Scarlett, Reverend Green, Colonel Mustard, Professor Plum, Mrs Peacock and Mrs White and find out who committed a crime.

And there are plenty of different editions. Why not grab the Game of Thrones version or the Harry Potter? Even more fun.

Jenga

Jenga is another fun game to play as a family. If you didn’t know Jenga is all about keeping the tower of wooden blocks standing and the person who breaks the tower loses. The thrill and anticipation of waiting for the blocks to fall down never gets old.

This game is perfect to play with the whole family from the your great grand parents to the youngest cousins. And to make it even more fun you can add dares for whoever makes the tower fall.

Jenga is sure to bring a laugh to everyone who plays it.

Twister

Twister is another one of the fun games that will make you laugh so hard your stomach will hurt. Nominate a spinner and grab your twister mat and get going. Right hand on a red dot.

Trust me when I say there is nothing more entertaining than seeing your not so flexible parent trying to be flexible just to win the game. This is one the whole family will love.
