Chris Pine went viral after he was spotted ‘zoning out’ at Venice Film Festival now he’s become an instant meme people are using to describe everyday activities.

Pine is at the film fest for the premiere of his latest movie Don’t Worry Darling – also starring Florence Pugh and Harry Styles and directed by Olivia Wilde.

Don’t Worry Darling

Don’t Worry Darling is a psychological thriller based on a story by Carey Van Dyke, Shane Van Dyke and Katie Silberman.

The story follows the lives of Alice (Pugh) and Jack (Styles) Chambers who are a young, happy couple in the 1950s, living in the seemingly perfect company town of Victory, California, which has been created and paid for by the mysterious company for which Jack works.

Curiosity about the nature of her husband’s work on the secret “Victory Project” begins to consume Alice. Cracks then begin to form in their utopian life as her investigation into the project raises tensions within the community.

The movie premiered at Venice Film Festival and the 42-year-old actor was there alongside his co-stars for the press conference about the movie – except for Pugh who showed up late due to scheduling conflicts.

However, Pine absolutely stole the show at the conference as fans said it looked like he was ‘zoning out’ and ‘didn’t want to be there’ and now, he’s become a meme people are using to describe moments in their lives.
