The final trailer for Halloween Ends has dropped ahead of its release in October and fans are losing it saying they “can’t wait” to see the franchise come full circle.
Michael Myers is back, again, but this time the terrifying franchise is coming to an end as he attempts to track down Laurie Strode once more, but not if she can get him first.
Halloween Ends trailer
This final movie has Jamie Lee Curtis reprising her role as Laurie for the last time in 45 years and shows just how far she’s come from the teenager running from the evil serial killer.
In the Halloween Ends trailer, Laurie can be heard explaining that following the events of Halloween Kills, when Michael terrorised the people of the town and overcame an angry mob, it’s been four years.
Curtis’ character says: ‘He killed my daughter. But tonight, I will kill him… Maybe the only way he can die is if I die, too. It all ends now,’ as sheer bloodshed and mayhem can be seen throughout the scenes.
The movie synopsis reads: ‘Four years after her last encounter with masked killer Michael Myers, Laurie Strode is living with her granddaughter and trying to finish her memoir. Myers hasn’t been seen since, and Laurie finally decides to liberate herself from rage and fear and embrace life.
‘However, when a young man stands accused of murdering a boy that he was babysitting, it ignites a cascade of violence and terror that forces Laurie to confront the evil she can’t control.’
Directed by David Gordon Green, Halloween Ends also stars Andi Matichak, Will Patton, Kyle Richards, Omar Dorsey, Nick Castle and James Jude Courtney.
