Fans are losing it as Netflix dropped the trailer for Manifest season 4 ahead of its November release on the streaming site.
The show is taking a page from the Stranger Things book and part one of the fourth series is heading to Netflix on November 4.
Manifest Season 4
Season 3 left fans with the cliffhanger as Ben’s wife was murdered, his baby was kidnapped and Cal disappears after touching the plane’s tail fin and then returns five years older (now played by Ty Doran), cryptically stating, “I know what I have to do now”.
Then fans get a quick glimpse of the flight’s captain when he reappears in the cockpit, only to vanish seconds later and take the remains of the plane with him.
Season 4 picks up two years later when Ben is still devastated by the previous season’s horrific incidents and is continuing to search for his daughter after stepping down from his role as co-captain of the lifeboat, leaving Michaela to captain it alone, a near impossible feat with the passengers’ every move now being monitored by a government registry.
As the Death Date draws closer and the passengers grow desperate for a path to survival, a mysterious passenger arrives with a package for Cal that changes everything they know about Flight 828 and will prove to be the key to unlocking the secret of the Callings in this compelling, mind-bending, and deeply emotional journey.
Season 4 promises to unpack more of the overarching mystery of what really happens to the passengers during the moment of turbulence and why they’ve been chosen to experience callings ever since.
Series creator Jeff Rake said: As exhausting and crazy-making as these callings [are] and the responsibility of being an 828er is, it’s not just about them.
‘The interconnectedness of all of us, and how small actions can have implications that cascade outward and touch the whole world is what the show is about.’
Fans lose it over Manifest season 4
