This is a topic that is sadly still all too present today with people constantly seeking to bring other people down, with the band experiencing the challenges of fitting in with their peers at a young age.
The song highlights a key message that beauty or ugliness can only be judged based on a person’s actions and ‘personality’ rather than physical appearance – something that people all too often forget.

‘About You Know’ will forever be my favourite Sugababes song. I mean, it was played at every primary school disco ever to exist! It revolves around someone who lets a good thing go and only realises what they’ve lost when it’s gone. Ever been in a similar situation? It’s an absolute banger of a tune and will stay in your head for years… I’m not kidding.

Sometimes the best nights out are with the girls – some girls just don’t want to be seeking out potential love interests every time they go to a club and prefer to dance with their besties instead. Going ’round round’ the nightclubs is the way to go, being a great tune to get you excited for your own night out with the gang!
