Former Love Island contestant Paige Thorne has signed a six-figure brand deal with fashion brand Forever Unique.

The 24-year-old recently announced she landed this huge deal with the brand which is owned by Real Housewives of Cheshire star Seema Malhorta and was launched in 2008. This is the first time that the brand has collaborated with a Love Island star.

Brand Deal for Love Island star

This is the ex-paramedic’s first brand deal since leaving the villa. She said via her Instagram: ‘This is a real pinch me moment, I can’t believe I have my very own collection with a brand I’ve loved for years.’

Seema said: ‘We are beyond excited to announce Paige as our latest celebrity signing! We were drawn to Paige immediately in the villa and love what she stands for as a strong, independent and driven female.

‘She knows what she wants and that is at the core of our ethos as a brand. The new collection has been designed to make a statement and I can’t wait for you all to see it.’

Paige After Love Island

Paige had planned on returning to her previous job as a paramedic after leaving the villa, but was told that it would not be possible.

Speaking to previous islander Sharon Gaffka, Paige said: ‘I said to my manager, ‘It’s a massive opportunity, is there any way I can do it?’ I tried taking annual leave, unpaid leave, a career break, I tried every single avenue possible to keep my job as well as do Love Island.

‘Unfortunately, because paramedics and the ambulance service and the NHS in general get such bad backlash about waiting times and being understaffed, they were worried it might’ve created more bad press and bad backlash that they just didn’t need. Which I totally understand.

‘So the only option I had was to resign, which I was devastated about.’

Paige has been able to go back to being a paramedic via a bank contract, meaning that she will be able to work alongside her brand deals.
