What To Expect From Netflix’s Selling The OC?

Add as preferred source on Google

Netflix’s Selling the OC is almost here and fans of the franchise will be excited to know there’s so much to expect from the new instalment.

Ever since Selling the OC was announced to be coming to Netflix, fans of Selling Sunset have been nothing but excited. Unlike Selling Tampa, this series of the Selling franchise will actually feature Jason and Brett.

Yes, that’s right! The Oppenheim twins have opened up a new real estate office over in the Orange County. Audienced will be introduced to a whole new bunch of realtors as the series drops on Netflix tomorrow, Wednesday, 24 August.

What to expect from Selling the OC

Millionaire mansions with infinity pools will make an appearance

In the world of luxury real estate, infinity pools and skyline views are just your average feature of a house. With that in mind, if Selling Sunset is anything to go by, then we’ll be seeing super expensive houses with over-the-top features. I mean… these houses are something you and I could only dream of, right?

Selling the OC will bring lots of drama

Agents at The Oppenheim Group always seem to gossip and cause chaos much more than they actually spend time working! They will be seen spinning around on their fancy chairs and chatting away… usually aiming their conversation at the one agent nobody can get along with. Just your average day at work.

Jason and Brett will try to keep the peace

The twins are always the ones to sit back and silently watch the drama unfold. They always keep a cool head and try to be the peacemaker amongst the agents. Why should their business tactics change just because they’re in a new location? You can always rely on Jason and Brett.

There will be a Selling the OC version of Christine Quinn

Selling Sunset really gained the reputation it has today because of Christine Quinn. She brought the drama and the fashion sense and with that became the agent that everyone loved to hate. If Selling the OC wants to be anywhere near as successful as its sister show, then the producers won’t be stupid, they’ll bring in someone who has that Christine energy.

We’ll be jealous of everything the agents wear

Let’s face it! We’re not going to be watching just for the million-dollar houses and drama, are we? Now, we were going to be watching for the fashion tips. Yeah, we might not be able to afford those Louis Vuitton handbags or Prada sunglasses but, we can dream!

There will be parties all of the time

Oh, you thought that the agents were here to work? Well, the commission off one sale alone if probably more than your average annual salary so I think that the agents can relax a little… They’re always partying and hardly ever in the office (which is a shame considering the amount of money the new OC office probably cost!) Expect to see beach parties, yacht parties, you name it! Oh, to live a life of luxury!

We’ll get the juicy details of the agents’ love lives

It’s bound to happen, come on! The Selling Sunset agents were always getting engaged, married, buying family homes and having children. I think the OC crew might give us our fair share of romantic endeavours too! If we don’t see a wedding by the end of the season then I’ll be shaking.

There will be some iconic catchphrases

The OC agents will likely be taking a leaf out of Christine’s book and providing us with some iconic catchphrases that will make them go viral all over social media. T-shirts will be printed and memes will be created. If they want the fame then conjuring up some hilarious one-liners might just be the making of them.
