What Chinese Animal Am I? The New Year Zodiacs Have Different Personalities

Add as preferred source on Google

It’s the question that crops up every time Chinese New Year comes around. We all want to know what Chinese animal we are and hope that it’s not one of the rubbish ones. However, just like our own star signs, there are personalities tied to the zodiac animals that are meant to reflect all those born in their year. Now, you find out your Chinese New Year animal and the zodiac personality you’re meant to have.

We’re only a couple of days away from Chinese New year, which means everyone wants to brag about what animal they are. However, you might not want to brag if you knew what personality your animal actually represents. Luckily, there’s still time to get clued up and take the best parts of your zodiac animals to show off.

What Chinese Animal Am I?

Your Chinese animal depends on the year you were born on. Like western star signs, there are still twelve, but they cover a whole year instead of month-long periods throughout each year. Here are each of the animals and what years they represent. We’ve started from 1948 to cover all bases, so you’re year should definitely be included.

Now, not only can you inform the whole family of their Chinese animal, but you can also tell them what it’s going to be all the way to 2031!

Chinese Zodiac Animals Personalities

What’s even better than just telling your family and friends their animal, is to tell them what that means for them as well. Just make sure you’ve got a good one before you go dishing out the dirt on everyone else.

All the Chinese zodiac animal personalities have good parts to them, so we’re not sure anyone will be too offended to discover theirs.

If you think you’re a little different to your animal, then you could always make a late New Year’s resolution to be more like them. Or, you could decide that another Chinese animal inhabits your personality better.

Whether it’s part of your culture or not, being able to answer ‘what Chinese animal am I?’ means your curiosities are satiated. Celebrations will be happening over the next couple of weeks, so there’s still lots of time to get yourself organised and join in the fun.
