Coachella Festival is well and truly in full swing, and day two was full of performances from some of the biggest names in the music industry – including Billie Eilish and Megan Thee Stallion. Here is what went down on Saturday.
Who performed on Saturday?
Billie Eilish
The youngest headliner of the festival of all time took to the Coachella Stage on Saturday. Billie’s 25 song set was crammed with hits such as ‘Bad Guy’, ‘Ocean Eyes’ and ‘Bury A Friend’.
Her set featured a surprise guest appearance from Blur frontman and Gorillaz member, Damon Albarn – slightly controversial after the comments he made comparing Eilish to Taylor Swift at the beginning of the year. The Brit-pop sensation walked on stage mid-way through Eilish singing ‘Getting Older’, before she introduced him as ‘literally a genius’ who ‘changed her life.’
The pair performed Gorillaz’ hit ‘Feel Good Inc.’ together. R&B artist Khalid also surprised the crowd by joining Eilish to perform their collaboration, ‘Happier’.

Megan Thee Stallion
Megan Thee Stallion brought thee energy to the desert during her hour long set. Performing hit after hit, her setlist contained bangers such as ‘WAP’, ‘Captain Hook’ and ‘Savage’ to keep the crowd going.
The rapper also performed an unreleased song, which kept energies high. Megan’s performance was full of wardrobe changes which kept her set fresh, the rapper also gave a shout out to Dua Lipa for their recent collaboration ‘Sweetest Pie’. Megan did suffer a wardrobe malfunction which led to the rapper having to make a swift exit from stage, which led to fans wondering if she had bailed. However, the rapper reappeared to continue her set two minutes later.
Brockhampton
After their set on the Sahara Stage, the innovative boy group announced that their final album will be released this year via a cryptic message on screen. The group’s electric set included performances of ‘BOOGIE’, ‘SUGAR and ‘BLEACH’. Brockhampton previously stated that Coachella would be the beginning of an indefinite hiatus for the band. Fans were able to buy merch at Coachella, such as jackets that said ‘all good things must come to an end. The show is over.’
Wallows
Playing the Outdoor Theatre, Wallows played everything from the funky ‘OK’, to the upbeat and rockier ‘Scrawny’ and the famous ‘Are You Bored Yet?’ minus Clairo. The trio consisting of Dylan Minnette, Cole Preston and Braeden Lemasters know how to put on a show. Minnette stopped the set during their song ‘Pictures Of Girls’, to get medical help for a fan due to the excessive heat in the desert this weekend.

Who is performing on Sunday?
The likes of Doja Cat, Karol G, Finneas, Måneskin, Kim Petras and Fatboy Slim will all be performing. Swedish House Mafia and The Weeknd are the headlining act for Sunday.
