These things can all aid in not only having better focus when you study, but also making the most of your time while doing it. After all, why spend hours learning something when you could take in the same amount of information in a much shorter time frame? Sometimes working smarter is better than working harder and will ensure much better prep for your exams.
They Don’t Have To Take Long
One barrier that prevents many people from taking naps is the concern of wasting time. While some people take longer naps of two or three hours, this is not the only option. You can also set an alarm and give yourself a mini-nap of 30 or 45 minutes instead. Sometimes this can be just the thing to reset your brain for the rest of the day.

As a result, having breaks every so often is important to avoid getting burnt out. Naps, aside from all their other benefits, are also a break time.
