If you want to do a workout routine in the comfort of your home, without the pressures of the gym or spending a penny, here are some I would highly recommend the ones below!

Not only are these filled with motivation from the get-go, they also allow you to burn calories and achieve your fitness goals without the use of any equipment.

Whether you prefer an upbeat track to get your blood pumping, or a narrated version to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly, YouTube offers so many free and amazing HIT workouts without dedicating too much time out of your day.

This YouTuber’s fitness videos have become a global success. She is my favourite HIT workout guide as her music, exercise choices, and range of workouts to try will impress anyone who gives them a go. A few of my favourites to recommend include:

20 Min Home Hit Workout // No Equipment, no noise, no impact:

This is a repetitive exercise routine consisting of four rounds. This is broken up by a 15-second rest time after a 30-second rep. This allows you to push the limits for how many times you can repeat the chosen exercise in a short period, knowing there will be a 15-second break to catch your breath.

10 Min Full Body Stretch + Flexibility Routine // Beginner to Advanced

This ensures a quick burst of exercise on the days you may be too busy to do anything else, or just to destress from something for 10 minutes. This video highlights that the exercises range from beginner to advanced. So, whatever your level of fitness, you will be able to do this routine effectively, and get some good results.

This YouTuber has 23.5 million subscribers and is famous for her amazing gym hacks and routines. Many people found this star during the global pandemic and subsequent lockdown, and they haven’t looked back.

She has multiple videos that can either target the whole body or a particular section that you wish to work on. Due to this, you can choose specific videos and HIT workouts you wish to!
