It’s almost time for this year’s Spotify Wrapped which means Apple Music users seeing it everywhere! After asking for it for years, is there an Apple Music version of Spotify Wrapped?
It’s always an event when Spotify Wrapped comes out and everyone is sharing their lists proudly (or not so much!) anywhere and everywhere. However, if you’re an Apple Music user it can give you a serious case of FOMO. Although the exact same thing isn’t available for Apple users, there is something very similar.
Is There An Apple Music Version Of Spotify Wrapped?
Instead of an annually released playlist, Apple have something that’s a lot more accessible than Spotify Wrapped.
Apple Music Replay is a playlist of your top 100 songs that’s updated every single week. You can access it and play it whenever you want throughout the year. No having to wait until the first week of December!
If you want something a little more in-depth, then Apple Music offer that too! You can see how many times you’re listening to your favourite tracks, how many artists you’ve listened to and your top albums.
So, although it’s not quite got all the bells and whistles that come with Spotify wrapped, it’s definitely got its own comparative perks.
How To Access Apple Music Replay 2022
As said, you can access your Apple Music Replay at any point during the year. On your phone, simply go to the Listen Now tab and scroll all the way to the bottom.
You’ll see the Apple Music Replay 2022 playlist, as well as previous years’ playlists next to it. So, if you feel like a trip down memory lane, it’s all readily available to you whenever!
On your browser, head to the website, sign in and it will calculate your playlist for you.
You can even share your playlist on all your social media so you can join in with all the fun. All you have to do is hold down on the playlist until a drop-down menu pops up. Click ‘share’ next to the airdrop icon and scroll across the share pop-up page until you find which social media you want to share it on. This is the same for any of your playlists, so you’re not limited to just sharing replay.
Maybe want to share your playlist loud and proud. Or, the revelation of your favourite tunes is best kept a secret. Either way, Apple Music users no longer have to defend their choice of streaming service just because they can’t have Spotify Wrapped!
We all know that Spotify users are listening to actual favourite songs now that they won’t be included in the data. Apple Music users, on the other hand, will be seeing their top 100 songs quickly turn into a Christmas playlist!
