Ever since Spotify Wrapped launched, users around the world have been looking for a similar feature from other apps. Though many social media don’t have an official ‘wrapped’, some have third-party versions which are just as good.
When a new one comes out, the internet gets obsessed. That’s what happened with TikTok Wrapped 2023 as users ran to the site to see their stats. However, many are a little embarrassed at just how much time they’ve spent on the app.

It’s been out since May, but lots of people are only just finding out about it as more and more post their embarrassing stats on the app.
TikTok Wrapped isn’t officially from the popular social media site and is instead a third-party invention from Vantezzen.io.
Users have been uploading their data to the site and it gives your stats on your watching habits. This includes your total watch time, your longest TikTok session and the average time you spend on the app at a time.
Of course, there are a lot more juicy bits of data to be found when completing your own TikTok Wrapped.
It’s no surprise that it’s now gone viral, with millions of users trying it out and sharing their results. But, this is a little more tricky if you don’t know how.
A TikTok Wrapped Tutorial So You Can Get Your Stats
The process is pretty easy, but it can take a little while.
All you need to do is request your TikTok data from the app. You can do this by clicking the three horizontal lines on your profile page. A menu will then pop up from the bottom of your screen and you’ll want to select ‘Settings and privacy.’
Then, tap on Account and you’ll be given the option to download your data. Download it as JSON and wait. If you turn on the system notification, you’ll be told when it’s finished.
It can take a little while, with some waiting over a day, but this tutorial is the only way to get your TikTok Wrapped.
Once you have it, head to the website and click ‘I have my TikTok data export, let’s go!’
Select the file, and it will be processed!
