In 2019, Alba was in Patrick and a year later she appeared in Marco Pontecorvo’s Fatima. Her first English-speaking role didn’t come until 2020 when she starred in Netflix‘s Warrior Nun as Ava. The show earned a second season in which Alba starred again which was released in November 2022. Unfortunately, Simon Barry, the show’s writer, confirmed that Warrior Nun has now been cancelled, so it’s unlikely we’ll see Alba as Ava again.
