What Is The Wallpaper Trend On TikTok?
There are a couple of different TikTok wallpaper trends on the app at the moment. One involves AI, and the other drawing some flowers with a loved one. Though they are pretty different, they can both have some great results.
The first one, the AI trend, is definitely for artificial intelligence enthusiasts. If you got involved with the Instagram profile pictures or Chat GPT at the end of 2022, then this is the trend for you. The results are beautiful and can definitely be likened to renaissance art, just a lot easier to get your hands on. Turn your pictures into paintings to make them really memorable.
The second wallpaper trend is just as easy and free. All you need is a loved one (it seems boyfriends are the popular choice). Although the result may not be as perfect or artistic as the first trend, it will definitely have more meaning and be one to keep.
How To Do The AI Wallpaper TikTok Trend
If the AI wallpaper trend is the one catching your eye, then getting involved and creating your own masterpiece is super easy.
You’ll want to download the app Dream by Mombo, which will then ask what artistic style you want to use. If you don’t want to use your own picture, you can type in a prompt that the app will then create a wallpaper from. After that, you’ll need to select one of your own pictures or one that’s already in the app. You can then adjust the size so that it will fit your lock screen, or show off a certain aspect in particular.
Then, it’s as simple as clicking ‘create’ and saving your wallpaper! Add it as a lock screen or wallpaper, just don’t forget to show your AI wallpaper off on TikTok first!
The results can look completely different to the original photo, but that doesn’t mean it’s not hidden in the wallpaper still.
How To Do The TikTok Flower Wallpaper
If AI scares you a little bit (you’re not alone!), or you want something a little less…finessed, then maybe the TikTok flower wallpaper trend is the one for you.
For this, you’ll need a willing loved one, and a way for them to digitally draw on a photo. On iPhone, it’s as simple as sending a blank background and getting the other person to save it to their photos library. They’ll then need to press edit and then mark up to be able to draw on it.
Lots of people are getting their partners to do it, but it can be done by anyone.
Find a blank background in a colour that you like. Send it to whomever you want to create your flower wallpaper. Ask them to draw five separate flowers (by saving the background and clicking ‘mark up’). They’ll then send all five back to you.
