Florence Pugh’s latest movie will be hitting Netflix on 16 November. Pugh plays an English nurse sent to Ireland in the 1860s. She is observing a young girl who has stopped eating and drinking but remains healthy and well. Pugh’s character is haunted by her past while observing the girl, but will it catch up to her? This sounds like the perfect film to settle down with on a dark night.
Wednesday – Netflix Original
Wednesday will see Jenna Ortega’s debut as the beloved Wednesday Addams. The brand-new Netflix series is all about Wednesday’s time at her school, Nevermore. More specifically, she’s investigating a series of murders. But will the quirky Wednesday make any friends at Nevermore? Or will she add to her growing list of foes? Wednesday drops on Netflix on 23 November.
Too Hot to Handle (Season 4) – Netflix Original
If you’ve been missing your Too Hot to Handle fix and need some sun this winter, don’t worry. The hit reality TV show will be returning to Netflix for a fourth season this December. There’ll be brand new faces looking for love. This will keep you busy all through the festive period for sure!
Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery
If you loved the first Knives Out movie as much as me, you’ll be pleased to hear this news. Daniel Craig is returning as Benoit Blanc in this star-studded sequel. Kate Hudson, Leslie Odom Jr., Kathryn Hahn and Janelle Monáe will be joining Craig as he solves his next mystery. The movie will be on Netflix from 23 December.
Roald Dahl’s Matilda: The Musical
The highly anticipated release of Matilda: The Musical will be on Christmas Day this year! Lashana Lynch stars as Miss Honey alongside Emma Thompson as the infamous Ms Trunchball. If you’re a fan of musical theatre, this is the perfect movie to watch with your family on Christmas Day!
