First off, you put your arms above your head so your hands touch. Keep your elbows bent like you’re forming a diamond. At the same time, you left your right knee up, kicking it to the side a little. You bring your arms and your leg down together, circling your arms at the elbow as if you’re drawing two large circles.
You then kick your left leg back and to the side, touching your left hand, repeating for the right side. After that, you lift your arms in front of you, so they go above your head and back down, giving them a little shimmy as you do. Next, left your arms above your head and turn around slowly, moving your arms and hips in a circle.
Throw out your left arm in front of you as if you’re grabbing something, repeating with the right. Hold your hands out in front of you as if you were stabilising yourself. Then move them in an opposite circle to your hips.
Form the diamond above your head again, lifting your left knee up to finish!
It’s fairly simple and should be easy enough even for those with two left feet.
